When your workflow includes multiple professionals or even a large team working on several projects simultaneously, purchasing multiple licenses at once will be beneficial. Not only will it be more convenient in managing only one registration for the entire team, it also may be economically beneficial.
EDU discount
Audio description services are still far from common and the traditional excuses not to provide accessibility services and in particular audio description are related to lag of trained experts and high costs.
Many universities already try to answer those and offer programs to train in the needs to describe multimedia content for visual impaired viewers. ADauthor is a great tool to prepare quickly results and allows students to test and apply their newly gained expertise.
We would like to support the education and widening of the service by allowing educational institutions as well as educators to apply for a significant discount for the ADauthor subscription.
What are the criteria to apply for an EDU discount?
- You can apply for the EDU discount as long you do want to use the license for educational purposes only. If you create content for what you get payed or if you plan to host an event with, you can not profit from this discount.
- You can apply for the discount as individual as well as institution. You have not to be listed as a recognised institution. We trust in your word.
- EDU licenses are valid for one semester (180 days) typically. The individual prices will consider half of an annual subscription as base.
- An EDU license is not limiting any feature. you can use the software in all its feature set as long as you keep using it for educational purposes.
What are the conditions of an EDU discount
- The duration of the license subscription is one semester (180 days)
- The base price for a single license is 50% of the annual subscription
- The base price is reduced by 40%
- We offer an individual video meeting demonstration for each new EDU client
How can I obtain a EDU license
Please do not use our online shop as EDU licenses will be provided individually. Please send us a short email with your name, contact and institution (if applicable) as well as a short description on how you are planning to use ADauthor via email to info@christoph-damm.eu.
